2-Year Warranty
Voltleds offers a 2-year limited warranty on LED neon signs.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical component failures under normal indoor use. If your neon sign arrives damaged or develops a covered issue within the warranty period, please contact us at info@voltleds.com with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, outdoor use on non-outdoor-rated signs, water exposure, incorrect voltage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
Custom neon signs cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. If there is a covered issue, we will work with you to provide a replacement part, repair solution, or replacement product depending on the situation.
