We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and with all original accessories and packaging included.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your return within 3–5 business days according to our return policy. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please make sure the product is returned in its original condition.

All products can be returned or refunded, except in the following situations:

Damage caused by human factors or improper handling by the buyer.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

Products that have been altered or reprocessed, including but not limited to shortened wires, changed appearance, missing accessories, or any condition that affects resale.

In the above cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact shipping cost will depend on the courier company you choose.

The return address will be provided by email after your return or refund request is approved. Please check your inbox carefully. If you do not receive the return address email, please also check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered automatically.

All Voltleds products come with a 2-year warranty. Under the terms of our product warranty, Voltleds will replace defective or damaged items free of charge if the issue is caused by a product quality problem.
