Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns of products beyond 30 days need to be carried out by the buyer to cover shipping costs.
Note: All products come with a five-year warranty
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return within 3-5 business days in accordance with our policies. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days in your original payment method
PLEASE NOTICE YOUR GOT WHAT YOU WANT.
All products can be returned/refunded, except:
- Damage from man-made
- Damage to the product caused by improper handling by the buyer.
- Products are reprocessed: The wires have been cut short; Appearance is different as original;There are parts missing and all other behaviours that affect secondary sales.
In the above cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the exact cost will be based on the courier company you choose.
The return address will be communicated by email when you apply to return or refund, please pay attention to check your mailbox. Note: If you don't receive the return address email, please pay attention to check the spam mail in case the mailbox is turned on automatic filtering, which filters the emails.
Under the terms of our product warranty, Voltleds will replace defective or damaged items free of charge.
